Your first visit

  • Bring proof of rabies vaccination. A photo of the certificate on your phone is fine.
  • Give your dog a walk beforehand so the first thing we do is not a bathroom emergency.
  • Arrive at your time rather than early. A quiet lobby is half the reason this works.
  • Tell us about anything sore, any past bad haircut, and anywhere they hate being touched.
