Six appointments, and a groomer who knows your dog by the second one.

Every groom starts with the same two minute chat at the table and ends with a photo texted to you. Prices depend on size, coat and condition, so we quote them out loud instead of printing a list that never fits your dog.

Bath & Brush

A proper wash, a hand dry and a full brush out. The tidy-up between full grooms.

  • Warm bath with a coat-matched shampoo and conditioner
  • Hand drying and a complete brush out, never a cage dryer
  • Ears cleaned and nails trimmed as part of the price
  • Light tidy around the eyes, feet and sanitary area

Full Groom

Bath, dry, and a haircut finished the way you asked for it. Clipper work or all scissor.

  • Consultation at the table before a single blade touches the coat
  • Clipper or hand scissor finish, your call on length
  • Face, feet and tail shaped to suit the breed or your preference
  • Nails, ears and a light spritz before pick-up

De-Shedding Treatment

For double coats that carpet the house twice a year. Undercoat out, topcoat left alone.

  • Deep bath and a high-velocity dry to lift the loose undercoat
  • Rake and slicker work through every layer, not just the back
  • Undercoat removed without clipping or thinning the guard hair
  • Best booked twice a year, spring and fall

Nail Trim & Paw Care

A ten minute appointment for nails, pad hair and paw balm. Walk in the door, walk back out.

  • Nails trimmed or filed smooth, whichever your dog tolerates better
  • Hair between the pads cleared so they stop slipping on floors
  • Balm on dry or cracked pads
  • No appointment needed on Saturday mornings

Puppy First Visit

A short, gentle introduction so the salon never becomes the scary place.

  • Twenty to thirty minutes, ended early if the puppy has had enough
  • Bath, light dry and a face, feet and tail trim only
  • Time on the table with the clippers running but switched away
  • For puppies from 12 weeks with their second round of shots

Cat Grooming

By appointment only, on quiet mornings with no dogs in the building.

  • Booked before opening so the salon is silent
  • Comb out, sanitary trim, nail caps or a nail trim
  • Lion clip and belly shave for cats that mat badly
  • One cat at a time, handled without scruffing

Add-ons

Small extras you can add to any groom.

Mention them when you book or at drop-off. Anything that changes the price gets said out loud before we start, never after.

    Poultry-flavored paste, done at the end of the groom.

  • De-matting time

    Charged in 15 minute blocks, only with your say-so first.

  • Nail grinding

    Filed smooth after the trim so nothing snags.

  • Soothing oatmeal soak

    For itchy skin and dogs mid-allergy season.

  • Extra conditioning rinse

    For coarse double coats and older dogs.

  • Paw and nose balm

    Worth it every winter.

  • Sanitary trim

    Included in most grooms, available on its own too.

  • Blueberry facial

    A gentle tearless face scrub. Yes, it smells great.
